OTTAWA – As Bill C-28, an act to modernize Canada’s primary environmental law (the Canadian Environmental Protection Act), was tabled six weeks ago but has yet to be debated – and with less than a month until summer recess for this parliamentary session – the following groups are urging House Leader Hon. Pablo Rodriguez to get Bill C-28 back on the parliamentary agenda without delay.
