Credentials:H.B.Sc. in physics and mathematics, University of Toronto; led development of Mississauga and Richmond Hill’s climate change plans
Passions: Being a husband and father, equity and anti-racism, reading, watching movies (especially young adult), watching trashy TV, playing and coaching football, cooking (especially on my self-built smoker), street art, throwing on the pottery wheel
There is no climate justice without racial justice. Equity must be foundational to all climate action taken in our cities. Key to this is centring the voice of the community, especially those who are most marginalized.
