For more than 10 years, we’ve partnered with Nature’s Way Canada to bring award-winning sustainability programs to people throughout Canada.
Nature’s Way supported the Blue Dot Tour that launched in 2014, when David travelled by bus from coast to coast to promote the right to a healthy environment, along with many special guests including Neil Young, Margaret Atwood and Stephen Lewis. The campaign lasted six years and engaged thousands of volunteers who took this message directly to their communities and MPs. In 2021, the federal government signaled that it’s looking to enshrine the right to a healthy environment into law. This is a huge victory for everyone in Canada!
In 2016, Nature’s Way was one of the leading sponsors for the launch of the Butterflyway Project, supporting volunteer Rangers planting native wildflower gardens throughout Canada to benefit essential pollinators. This project was a smash hit from the beginning and has had ever-growing demand and participation from individuals, households, communities, schools and municipalities. Butterflyway Rangers have created pollinator-friendly patches in more than 400 communities. The Butterflyway Project won the Canadian Museum of Nature’s 2020 Inspiration Award, demonstrating the program’s success in inspiring local action.
With the steadfast support and trust of Nature’s Way’s, we’ve implemented three successful programs to protect people and the planet.
In spring 2021, Nature’s Way became a supporting sponsor for Prix Demain le Quebec and Future Ground Prize in Ontario. These contests run concurrently in both provinces and encourage grassroots sustainability initiatives to apply for one of three grants from our partners.
With the steadfast support and trust of Nature’s Way’s, we’ve implemented three successful programs to protect people and the planet. Together, we’ve reached more than a million people in Canada and engaged thousands of volunteers in hundreds of communities! Thank you to the Nature’s Way for being such a great partner.
