We “make, take, waste” natural resources at a rate that far exceeds the earth’s ability to produce them. Now is the time to continue fostering a positive connection between communities, businesses and governing bodies and the environment. In order to truly create a reciprocal relationship with our planet, it will start with deep, systemic change and government level policy changes for climate action. Then, we are able to drive powerful conservation victories for the environment, millions of Canadians, and, ultimately, humanity and all living beings in this intricate web of life.
