Because tens of thousands of people spoke up about climate change, it became one of the defining issues of the 2019 federal election.

Hundreds of thousands of people took to the streets in Canada on September 27 to demand climate action. Over 40,000 people sent messages to their federal candidates and to all party leaders demanding climate solutions. More than 1,500 people sent personalized and heartfelt messages and letters to the editor about why voting for climate action is important to them and what their vision is for a renewable future.

Canadians understand the climate crisis isn’t just an environmental issue but an economic, social, health and justice issue as well. We’ll continue to work with you so that all levels of government know and understand that promises are good and fine but bold and immediate action are needed.

Unite for bold climate action!
