When the Price is Right: How B.C.’s carbon tax could cost-effectively reduce methane pollution in the oil and gas industry
British Columbia’s carbon tax works, but it is not yet being applied to harmful methane emissions from the oil and gas industry, the province’s largest industrial polluter. Following the report’s six recommendations would allow the B.C. government to demonstrate climate leadership.
